土曜日の12:30くらいに突撃訪問。
言わずと知れたこってりラーメンの先駆者。
天一の日にゲットしたラーメン1杯無料券の有効期限が迫っていることに気づき慌てて訪問。
今回は久しぶりに屋台の味を注文。
単品でチャーハンも頼んでみることに。
▪️店舗特徴
・店内はカウンター6席とテーブル席が3つ
・支払いは注文制後払いで現金のみ
・長居する客は少ないので回転早め
▪️注文内容
・屋台の味(並) / ¥870
・チャーハン(小) / ¥330
【スープ】
こってりの味に近いが口当たりはサラサラ。
ゴクゴク飲みやすくて美味しいが、やっぱり自分はこってり派だなと再実感。
【麺】
非常に長めの中細ストレート麺。
固めにしたが、サラサラの屋台の味スープとの絡みが悪くなってしまうという残念な結果に…
【トッピング】
チャーシュー1枚、メンマ、ネギ。
特筆すること無し。
【チャーハン(小)】
彩りが良くなっててめちゃビックリ。
昔はもっとパサつき食感だったが、むしろしっとり系になってて嬉しい誤算。
塩気が無さすぎたので卓上の塩胡椒を投入。
▪️総評
やっぱり天一はこってりの麺固めが1番やね。
チャーハンの印象があまりにも違ったけど、もしかして店舗によって変わるものなのかな。
これは色んな店舗に行って確認しなきゃだな。
けど、最近の天一は高いからいつも避けちゃう…
