尼崎の立花周辺では名店の「麺屋花星」のラーメン屋さんがあった場所です。そのあとの焼肉屋さんができて、今のこのお店に変わっています。
「餃子酒場満太郎」のお店は、立花以外にも「十三」や「塚口」に3店舗あります。餃子とお酒を売りにしていますが、ビールは特にこだわりがあり、かなり力を入れています。ただ今回は、二軒目であったため美味しいビールを諦めてハイボールに。
このお店の前を通るといつも混んでいて、入れる余地がなかったのですが、この日は雨が降っていたこともあって、誰も入ってなくて一人で独占してしまいました。店主と若いスタッフの方と会話して、細かい内容は書きませんが、とても考え方がしっかりされている方たちでした。若いときに人と接するサービス業を経験しているとコミュニケーション能力以外にもいろいろなスキルが身に付きますよね。
余談はさておき、
本題に戻って、料理のレビューです。
【肉餃子(蒸し)】
餃子は「蒸し」「焼き」「揚げ」がありますが、お店からは「蒸し」が一番のオススメで一番人気だそうです。少し呑んだあとの訪問でしたが、この餃子がとても優しく感じました。肉餃子の餡は塩胡椒風味のソーセージのような味で蒸したプルプルの皮と食べると味バランスが見事な組み合わせでした。お酒にはとても合う餃子だと思います。こちらは、何もつけなくても美味しく食べれます♪
【野菜餃子(蒸し)】
肉餃子よりももっとあっさりした餃子がこの「野菜餃子」です。こちらはたくさんお酒を飲んだあとでも、全然重くないのでとても胃に優しいです。五個だと足りないと感じていっぱい食べてしまいそうです。すでに飲み過ぎている方は是非こちらがおすすめです。
【炙りシメサバ】
こちらも美味しかったです。シメサバを炙ると皮が香ばしくて、酢の酸味の利いたサバにとてもあっててお酒の肴にぴったりです。こちらもお店の人気メニューみたいです。
【親父のチャーシュー 一枚切り】
このお店の看板メニューの餃子と変わらないぐらい人気のメニューです。見た目通りの肉厚ですが、箸で簡単にほぐれてとても柔らかいです。また、メニュー名になっている親父から引き継ぎタレが美味しかったですね。こちらもオススメの一品です。
今回注文したメニューは、このお店の人気メニューだったのですが、どれも劣ることがなく美味しかったです。次回はちゃんとビールと餃子を食べに訪問させていただきます！
