言わずと知れた超予約困難店。
お造り梅酢で、肝の造り、ムネわさび、モモ胡椒の塩漬け、口直しの大根おろしと山椒と柚子七味、つくね、砂ずり、ねぎま、静岡県のトマトダの（焼きトマト）、手羽先、絹ごし豆腐の揚げたんを焼いたん、レバーパテ、せせり、ぼんじり、淡路島産の新玉ねぎ、肝、鶏そぼろの生姜ごはんと鶏スープ。
焼鳥の火入れ具合が最高！食材のプレゼンで映えるお店が流行ってるが、こちらは味だけで勝負してる。
