阪急武庫之荘駅から北東に900mほどにある広東料理のお店でランチです。
マイレビのamaｰGさんのレビューを読んで伺いたいと思っていたお店です。
お店の横には2台分の駐車スペースもあり助かります。
店内はカウンター席、小上がり、座敷もあるようですね。
比較的ゆったりしたカウンター席に座りました。
お店に入る前から決めていた「裕華セット」1,390円(税別)をチョイス。
料理2種、小鉢2種、ご飯、スープ、デザートという内容です。
本日の料理2種は、ルーローハンとエビチリチーズ焼きです。
小鉢は大根の紹興酒漬けと蒸し餃子です。
ルーローハンなのでご飯はなく、わかめスープで、デザートはココナッツミルク(タピオカ入り)です。
デザートのココナッツミルクは温冷のどちらかを選べるので冷たい方にしました。
さてルーローハン(魯肉飯)といえば台湾の大衆料理ですよね。
先日TV番組で作り方が放映されていて、食べてみたいと思っていたので嬉しい♬
少しアレンジされていて玉子も野菜もいっぱいで美味しい。
本来であれば濃厚な甘辛のタレでしょうが、こちらのお店では香辛料を利かすことなく優しい味わいです。
でもしっかりと味が付いていてとっても美味しい♬
さらにエビチリチーズ焼きというのが面白い(^^)
エビにたっぷりのチーズが乗っていてプリプリのトロトロになってます。
やや辛みを感じるけどさほど辛くなく適度な辛さでこれまた美味しい。
漬物だと思った大根の紹興酒漬けは濃厚でコリコリ食感がいい。
蒸し餃子は想像以上にモチモチでぷっくりした食感です。味噌と合っていて美味しい。
わかめスープは胡麻がアクセントになっていて優しい味わいです。
デザートのココナッツミルクは同時にトレーに乗って出されるので、
温かい方を選んだとしても冷めてしまうでしょうね(^^;
優しい味付けで美味しくてボリューミーなセットですね♬
またご主人が丁寧にお口に合いますか？と聞いてくれたのが印象的でした。
もちろんバリバリに口に合いました(^^)/
