併設無料駐車場（４台分）に車を止めてから待ち無しで入店、店内の入りは半分くらいかな、奥のカウンター席に案内され妻と共に着席。
メニューはシンプルに牛カツの単品か定食で大中小と肉量の違いのみ。
あと肉厚を厚、普通、薄の中から指定する事だったので「牛かつ定食 中（160g）」厚さは普通で注文。
肉はレア状態で提供されるので卓上に置いてあるコンロで焼き目を付けて食します。
焼き目を付けるアイデアや配膳された見栄えは良いのですが.............
肉の旨味が全く感じられない。スーパーで売ってる安物の肉のタタキやローストビーフの感覚、柔らかい牛肉ってだけのもの。
値段からしたら仕方無いのかな？
衣もサクサク感一切無しでカツと言う感じの衣では無かった。
薬味は三つの区分けされた皿に岩塩、刻みわさび、出汁醤油の3種と別容器で特製タレ1種の計4種、これらもパッとしないありきたりな物ばかりでした。
全体として見た目は華やかなれどただそれだけ、味として旨い！と言うものは一つも無く見た目に釣られて訪問してみましたが満足感は得られない物でしたので再訪は無いですね。
