This restaurant is located a short walk south from Tachibana Station. It opened in July 2019. I've always wanted to go to this restaurant, and I was finally able to visit. However, it's a very popular restaurant on holiday nights, so it's full of people. By chance, there was only one table available, so I was able to enter, but it was filled with other reserved seats. The reserved seating was placed immediately after the customer left, so if possible, it's better to make a reservation in advance. [Corn soup with yuba] As you can see from the color of the photo, the corn flavor is quite rich. It was also very delicious, like porridge. If you like it, I highly recommend it. [Stir-fried pork with green peppers] Stir-fried pork is quite oily, but this one was not too oily and was easy to eat. The green peppers were crisp and nice. [Mapo tofu] This mapo tofu had a type of seasoning I've never eaten before. The base of the seasoning is star anise. However, it was very easy to eat and delicious, as it was not very strong. I also recommend this. [Fried shrimp rice] The fried rice was well seasoned and not too salty, so it was very delicious. This is a dish that I would especially recommend to those who like fried rice. [Fried Gyoza / Dumpling] I felt that the fried Gyoza / Dumpling were delicious as soon as I took a bite. Gyoza / Dumpling skin was crispy and the filling was well seasoned, making it easy to eat. It was more delicious than Gyoza / Dumpling at famous chain restaurants. [Steamed chicken and white onion soup soba] The steamed chicken was also delicious, and the soup was light, but the chicken and seafood were rich in the soup soba. [Fried chicken] It was fried chicken like you would find at Chinese Cuisine. This was also delicious. [Apricot tofu] This is also a perfect Sweets after a meal. It was cold and delicious. In fact, most of the customers were elderly. I thought that Chinese Cuisine is oily, so elderly people tend to avoid it, but Chinese Cuisine at this restaurant was not oily and did not make me sick, and I felt refreshed after eating. The overall level of the food is high, and it is a Chinese Cuisine that everyone can enjoy. This is one of the top Chinese Cuisine I've visited recently.
