少し気になっていたお店。
おすすめメニューがある訳ではなさそうなのですが、たまに話題になるので訪店。
海鮮から肉類から野菜、創作の一品まで多岐にわたるメニュー構成のようですね！
店内は結構賑わっていました(^-^)
カウンター、テーブル、座敷とありまして、私達は奥から２番目の半個室のテーブルに案内されました。
カウンターと座敷はわかりませんが、テーブル席だと料理のオーダーは電話でするシステムです。
手書きチックなメニューが可愛いです♩
オーダーしたものは

造りはマグロ、タイ、タコ、サーモンのオーソドックスなラインナップ。
雲丹も一緒に盛られての提供です。
蓮根まんじゅうもすぐにサーブされました。
白髪ネギにぶぶあられ、木の芽と山葵が添えられた無難なビジュアル。
もっちりとした食感は蓮根まんじゅうならではですね(^-^)
茄子の揚げ浸しは素揚げでトロッとした茄子にひんやりと出汁が滲みていて、むつこくなくサラッと頂けます。
ずりポンはポーションにもよるのかも知れませんが、縁側部分が多く、少し食べるのがしんどかったです…
US産アンガス牛の牛ロースステーキは極端なパサつきで私は一切れしか食べられませんでした(>_<)
その代わりと言っては何ですが、脂身が皆無な分、下に敷いてある玉ねぎともやしが適度な旨味を吸収していてペロッと頂けました♩
店員さんによって接客のムラがあるのは少し気になりますが、店員さんも人間！
テンションの差があって当たり前です。
コロナの中オープンに漕ぎ着け、ランチをされたりテイクアウトを始められたりと頑張っておられます。
