居酒屋ダイニング系として営業されているようだ。
ランチの看板を見てふらりと訪問。

ジューシーな衣は若干多めで、
竜田揚げのような存在。
唐揚げの中では脂っこい方でやや苦手。
上品な塩味で下味がつけられているようで、
味付けはとても良い。
添えられた塩胡椒をちょっとだけ付けると、
ご飯のお供に丁度良い。
レモンが添えられていて、ギュッと絞ればビタミンOK！
これって、最近見かけなくなったような気がする。

豆腐がたっぷり♪
そして熱々！
なめ茸のようなとろみと風味がするが、
なめ茸は発見されず。不思議だ。。。
味噌の大豆だろうか、荒めの粒状のが満載で、
何とも美味しい。
家庭やチェーン店では出せない、料理人の味だ♪
