こちらのお店は尼崎の立花にあるお店です。コロナ渦にも関わらず、このエリアでは新店舗ラッシュが続いています。こちらのお店は半年前にできたお店で、一時期満席の状態が続いていたお店でした。今回はまだ緊急事態宣言中でもあり、アルコールなしの飲食です。
お店の入り口は、昭和のような居酒屋雰囲気ですが、この日は若い女性2名の店員さんで、女性客でも安心して飲食ができる雰囲気だと思います。先客は家族連れだったので、ファミレス感覚で利用もできるお店の雰囲気ですね。
おすすめの3品の感想です♪
もちろん3品以外の他も美味しかったです。
【名物！アバラ】
こちらは食べてみて初めてわかる美味しさです。お肉が柔らかく、適度なターメリックがいい感じのアクセントになっていて美味しいです。こちらは、ビールとの相性は抜群そうです。最初の一品にちょうどよいと思います。
【ホルモン盛り合わせ】
尼崎によくあるホルモンよりは、塩気控えめで味付けもあっさりです。ただ、味はあっさりですが薄いわけではなく、味はしっかりついてきます。ホルモンも柔らかくてとても食べやすいです。こちらもビールがほしくなりますね。
【どて焼き】
どて焼きは名古屋や新世界にあるような味噌ベースのどて焼きではなく、初めて食べる味付けです。チーズの風味がします。個人的にはとてもおすすめの一品です。こちらも美味しかったですね。
オープンして半年経ちますが、こんなに美味しくて個性的なお店なのに、食べログレビューされた方が居なかったんですね。きっとコロナ明けには、いつも満席の人気店になると思います♪
