いただきまーす
グリムジャッカル（チキンマサラ）ジワッと辛く複雑な感じ。鯖ココナッツバジルカレーは、魚のカレーって感じでココナッツもバジルもそないに感じなかった
ごちそうさまでした
美味しいんだけど、スパイスカレーと言うほどスパイシーな感じがしないんよ。辛いしある程度のスパイス感はあるんだけど、何かが香るとかがない。
このお店は湯煎でカレーを保温してたんだけど、今津のカレー屋さんでも思ったけど湯煎で保温してるお店はフワっとした香りを感じないんだよな。スパイスや出汁の旨味は有るけど香りが薄くて脳内で何かが追い付かない
好みの問題だが、俺はもっと荒々しい方のカレーが好きだな
