Pasta lunch at "Cafe & Bar 033" in Mukonosho. Come to think of it, we had pasta yesterday as well.We added a dessert and a drink to the Japanese-style pasta with kettle-fried whitebait and perilla leaves. First up is the salad. It's topped with Caesar dressing and is delicious. The soup is made with seaweed and eggs, and is more like a clear soup than a soup. But it's delicious. The pasta looks very simple, but it has a lot of shirasu in it, and I like the soy sauce consommé-like sauce that gives off the scent of shiso leaves. If I had a baguette, I would have loved to eat it soaked. The mini dessert is chiffon cake. It's sprinkled with cereal and drizzled with maple syrup, which is also delicious. The cafe au lait was also deep and dark, the kind of coffee I like. I'm also curious about Cafe Time's yogurt cheesecake.
