お気に入りのお店《千ふく》と《うどん工房悠々》さんのプロデュースということで是非行ってみたいとチェックしていたお店です。
ココの無煙ロースターは遠赤外線で焼くので焦げにくく美味しく焼き上がります。

◎たん刺し
低温調理されているたんはとても色鮮やかで食欲をそそります。レモン汁と生わさびが添えらたんにのせて醤油タレに付けて食べます。焼きものよりもこちらの方が好きかも(^^)
◎厚切りタンと塩タン
厚切りタンは柔らかくとてもジューシーです。タン元のいいとこ使ってますね。とても美味しいです
。塩タンは普通です。
◎ハラミステーキ
厳選された肉厚ハラミを贅沢にステーキカットで登場。ハサミで繊維を断ち切るようにして食べると柔らかく噛みきれます。

でも、《千ふく》さんのシャトーブリアンの方が数段美味しいかな…
まだ新しいお店なので“おもてなし”が肉の美味しさに追いついていないかな…
次回は、2階の『シャトー倶楽部』でシャトーブリアンコースといきたいですね(^^)
