It was more delicious than I expected, so I forgot to take a lot of pictures, but the first dish of Kagoshima beef yukhoe Sushi I thought was toothsome.The next stylish soup was a large clam soup from Kujukuri, Chiba Prefecture.I forgot what kind of fish it was. It has a soft flavor based on taga white miso and is delicious.The meat on this day was Miyazaki beef, so it seems that the part called hiuchi has been aged.The curry, of course, was extremely delicious considering it is a curry restaurant, and the Western-style grilled rice Onigiri that I ordered to try it out were also delicious. Impressed again! The final dessert was rare cheese. The master was originally left-handed, but due to a stroke, he now only cooks with his right hand. I hope he recovers quickly and does his best. I will go again.
