土曜日の少し遅めのランチに初訪。モザイクボックスの地下です。ほぼ満席でしたが、すぐに座れました。
しばらく悩んで豚とイカ玉のお好み焼き、生ビールを注文。すぐにビールが出てきました。スーパードライみたいです。
そしてスタッフのお姉さんがカップに入ったお好み焼きの具材を持ってきて、テーブルの鉄板で焼いてくれました。材料を混ぜて鉄板にのせ、丸めてしばらく焼きます。ひっくり返してかつお節をかけ、またしばらく焼きます。最後にマヨネーズとソースをかけてくれて出来上がり。焼きあがるまでに20分ほど待ちました。でもとても丁寧に作ってくれますし、焼いている様子が目の前で見れるので、待っている間もイライラしませんでした。かつお節とマヨネーズはかけるかどうか聞いてくれましたので、好みにあわせて作ってもらえます。
お好み焼きはヘラで切ってお皿に取り、あおさをかけお箸でいただきました。まわりはパリッと焼けているけど、中はふんわり柔らかで食べやすいです。お肉とイカが少なくて存在感をあまり感じなかったのですが、たっぷりのキャベツがおいしい！ 子供からお年寄りまで、誰でも食べられると思います。モダン焼きと焼きそばも美味しそうでした。おいしいお好み焼き屋さんに出会えました！ また来ようと思います。
