It is located on the B1F of Mosaic Box next to Hankyu Kawanishi Noseguchi station. I had eaten at restaurant in Osaka a few times before, but this is my first visit to Kawanishi branch. This Okonomiyaki is not "soft and thick" but more like "soft and crunchy". It is baked with a little less glue and a lot of shredded cabbage. Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) The "Fugetsu" is made with chewy, slightly thicker noodles and baked in a mild sauce. Fugetsu is probably more famous for its delicious Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) than Okonomiyaki. ★ Okonomiyaki (Butatama) ★ ★ Mixed Yakisoba (stir-fried noodles) ★ Usually tasty, but there are many good Okonomiyaki yasan in Kansai...
