阪急川西能勢口駅の北側路地にある中華料理屋さんでランチです。
店内は中華料理店というより喫茶店のような雰囲気です。
冷房が結構効いてます。
おすすめ定食が8種類あります。
●すぶた定食ミニラーメン付き：990円(税込)
まだまだこれから働くのでスープ付き880円ではなくミニラーメン付きにしました。
丁寧に調理されているのが伝わり期待感が高まります。
酢豚には玉ねぎ、にんじん、たけのこと一緒に天ぷらになったピーマンが入ってます。
珍しい入り方です。豚肉は小ぶりで餡が良く絡んでくれます。
甘くて美味しい酢豚です。
ミニラーメンは昔懐かしの胡椒が効いた中華そばです。
あっさりして美味しいラーメンです♬
ご飯にはゆかりが振られていました。
ジモティに愛される町中華という感じですね。
さらにご主人は業者さんにも丁寧に対応されていて人柄の良さを感じました。
美味しい料理は素敵な料理人から生まれるものですね。
