訪問すると丁度クロワッサンが焼き上がり、熱々はなかなか食べれないのですぐに外で頂きました。バターたっぷりのリッチな味わいに、クロワッサンのモチモチの層が綺麗に続きます。クロワッサンやデニッシュ系、バゲットは特にお勧めです。可愛いイワシパン(オリーブパン)もあり、楽しませてくれます。
