#牛カツ処やまと @gyukatsu_yamato さんへ行ってきました
店内は新店なので、綺麗で落ち着いた感じ。
友達と和牛サーロインと和牛リブロースの牛カツ頼んで食べました
お肉が柔らかくって美味しい♫衣も柔らかいのでもっと衣がサクッと揚げられてたらもっとよかったな。
揚げ方更なる研究をお願いします。
お肉は揚げられている＋自分で焼くスタイル、なので軽く焼きたい派の人にはオススメ♫
私はサッと焼くだけで食べました。
そして私だけもっと食べたくておかわりをしました(笑)
次はA5ランクの食べに行こご馳走様でした。
