JR伊丹駅の西側すぐ近くにあるケーキ屋、PATISSERIE LACROIX（パティスリー ラクロワ）さんに行って来ました。
こちらのお店は百名店に6度選出されている有名なケーキ屋さんです♪
本日のケーキはクリスマス仕様のケーキのみの販売だったので
フレジエ 2人用（1600円）
マルジョレーヌ 2人用（1600円）
ノスタルジック 2人用（1450円）
バッグショコラ（1280円）を購入。
フレジエはアーモンド生地にピスタチオクリームと大きなイチゴが入っているのですが、甘味と酸味のバランスが良くとても美味しかったです(≧∀≦)
マルジョレーヌはナッツ入りメレンゲ生地に生クリーム、ナッツ入り生クリーム、底にチョコクリームの組み合わせで、ナッツの食感や生クリームの甘さ、チョコクリームの甘味とほのかな苦味が絶妙でめちゃくちゃ美味しかった(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
チョコ系のケーキがあまり好きでない私が美味しいと思ったくらいなので相当レベルが高いと思います。
ノスタルジックはシンプルなロールケーキなのですが、これまた美味でした。
甘さ控えめなだけの生クリームはどこにでもあると思うのですが、ここの生クリームは更に一段上の美味しさがあり、個人的にはどストライクな味でした♪(๑ᴖ◡ᴖ๑)♪
ケーキを食べてここまで美味しいと思える事はあまりなかったので、ちょっと感動しました❗️
大人向けの味で単価もやや高めなので、万人受けするかどうかは分かりませんが(笑)
平時に売られているケーキも食べてみたいので、絶対にまた訪問したいと思います。
