こちらはうどんの千舟屋さんから徒歩2分位の所にあるお蕎麦屋さんで
酒と肴と〆は、そば と書かれた提灯が印象的です。
猛暑容赦ない日曜日の開店時に10名ほどの待ちと
こちらもなかなかの人気ぶりで
中に入ると
モダンジャパニーズでシックな空間、
席は手前にカウンター、奥がテーブル席となっていて
卓上にはミル付粗塩と七味唐辛子が置いてあります。
メニューは
もりそば、辛味おろしそば、梅しそそば、とろろそば、鶏つけそば、
鴨つけそばに温かいおそば類やランチタイムの丼セット、
酒肴なんかもあります。
オーダーは
親子丼セットにしました。お蕎麦はもりです。
で、10分ほどして先に親子丼が到着。
小ぶりのセットサイズで頂いてみますと
鶏は小粒なのが沢山と長ねぎでお出汁が効いていて玉子もいい熟加減です。
一方お蕎麦は親子丼がほぼ完食する頃にようやく到着。
結構量があり北海道産キタワセ種と福井産在来種ブレンドの十割という事ですが
幅も長さも量産的な均一感に思いました。
こちらも頂いてみると少し硬めの茹で加減で少しザラッとした食感です。
おつゆは少し甘めですが濃いめなのがこちらのお蕎麦にお似合いです。
〆は中濃の蕎麦湯で完食、正直お蕎麦よりも親子丼の方が良い印象でした。
