十割蕎麦と天ぷらの良い店に出会いました。
阪急伊丹駅近く、関西スーパーの近くに十割蕎麦の店があると聞き足を運びました。
十割そばと酒肴 しおさき
冷たい蕎麦とつけそばは十割そば、温かい蕎麦は二八そばで提供。
十割そばは数量限定でなくなり次第終了。
だしは、本鰹、さば節、宗田かつお、利尻昆布をベースに無科学調味料で仕上げています。
ランチが種類が豊富で良心的な値段で提供されてます。
暑くてたまらないので、ビールを注文したら、揚げた蕎麦がおつまみで付きました。
冷たいそば茶もとても美味しくておかわりしました。
オットは天ぷらそば 1,500円
先に天ぷらが出てきて、少し私も味わいましたが、衣がさくさくしていて薄づきなのがとても良い。
私は期間限定すだちそば 1100円
香りの良いすだちと冷たい出汁が見事に調和。
なめらかで絶妙な弾力がある十割そばは香りも風味も良い。
蕎麦湯もどろっとしていて濃厚。
2人とも蕎麦単品でしたが、天ぷらも美味しかったのでランチセットメニューの天丼セット1300円も気になりました。
ランチセットメニューはランチタイムのみのお楽しみ「もりそば」と「かけそば」と丼もののセット。
鴨玉丼、親子丼、うめしらす丼、山かけ丼、一口しらす丼などと組み合わせることができ、900円から１３００円の間で楽しめます。

夜のちょい飲みセットもとても良心的な値段。
鴨鍋や鴨すき焼きコースもあり、気になります。
高級合鴨の「京鴨」を産地から直接仕入れられているそうです。
家族でこんど夜に足を運ぼう。
もちろん、定期的に昼も足を運びたいです。
