阪急伊丹駅前に新規オープンされました「炭焼き」のお店。
北新地の「炭焼き」のお店から独立されたそう。
そうか、「炭焼き」のお店か、、、なんっの!？(ピスタチオ風)
焼き鳥と想像していましたが、とにかく豚や鳥、魚介、野菜等何でも炭焼きにして、ちょっと創作した小洒落た炭焼きの一品が出てきます。
だから「炭焼き」のお店なんです。
んー、逆に目玉が無い印象を持ちます。
お店が1番推しているのは馬刺だったりするし。
例えばオススメとされている創作炭焼串の生ハムチーズなんて塩っ気が強すぎて、ターゲットとしている女子にも受けないと思われる。
酒を進める一品。
なお、このお店が出来る前の鶏焼き屋はワンオペでしたが、こちらはホール含めて4人体制(最初だからかな)。
人件費が飲食費に跳ね返ってると考えれば少し過剰かと。
さて、イケメン店主と小洒落たメニューがどこまでこの立地で受けるか。
ちょっと注目です。
こうゆう北新地から流れてくるような良さげなお店が流行ってくれると、この辺の飲食店にも良い変化が出ると思うので個人的には応援します。
でも、流行るためにはもう少し試行錯誤が必要とも思います。
