旅行ついでに伊丹の友達と合流！紹介されて行ってきました〜。
創作和食メニューが豊富なザ・居酒屋。でもおしゃれだし店長さんとっても気さくだし、なんだかとてもいい感じのお店でした。
印象に残ったのはしらすのアヒージョとホタテの炭火焼うにソース、あとは馬肉盛り合わせですね。
アヒージョって洋風じゃんと思ったけど、しらすが入ることで意外と和の要素も感じて美味しかったです。油にもだしが溶け込んでて、バゲット使ってすみずみまで使い切りました。
ホタテも思い出すだけでよだれが出るな〜。炭の香り、うにの濃厚さ、じゅわりと出てくるほたてのスープ……うう〜食べたい。ここ、創作料理のレベルがほんと高いと思います。
そして目玉の馬刺しは、部位によって味が全然違う！馬刺しってにんにくの風味を楽しむものなんじゃないかなんて思ってたけど、全然違いますね（当たり前だ）。たてがみのとろとろっぷりにはびっくりしちゃいました。
お値段は高めだけど、すごくいいお店！また行きたいです。というか地元にほしい！
