今回行ったのは馬肉このとならお任せあれ！阪急伊丹の直ぐ近くにあるお店！雄星！
ちなみにこれゆうせいと読む
趣のある店構えで、四人席テーブル2つと座敷、カウンターがある。
メニューは一通り揃っているがやはりここはこの店自慢の馬肉料理の数々だ。
私がこれはと思ったのは馬肉に合う特製醤油を使っているところ。そして馬の色んな部位が食べれるところかな。
下にとろける油や、コリコリとした所とか美味しくて余韻で呆けてた。ちなみに赤ワインと飲むと幸せになれる。後白ワインだが、ここの店のは馬肉合うのを選んでいるみたい。おいしかった。
そんなわけで席は少ないがいい店なので是非味わって欲しい。
