今年の家族旅行は近場でお泊まり。
ってことで、お料理が美味しそうなお宿を検索して予約して伺いました。
明石なのでやはりタコが美味しいのかな？
夕食はタコ、鯛、ステーキの会席料理をお願いしていました。
お宿に着いて、お風呂に入ってから夕食タイム。
お部屋食の予定でしたが、個室のテーブル席があいてるとのことで、そちらに変更していただきました。
広い個室でゆったりいただくことができました。
内容は、、、
前菜（蛸の塩辛とか）
吸物（鮎の塩焼き、冬瓜等）
季節のお造り（イカ、鯛等）
蛸のうす造り
季節の焚合（蛸、茄子等）
鯛の宝楽焼き
黒毛和牛ステーキ
酢物
赤出汁
季節御飯（たこ飯）
季節のデザート（メロン、スイカ等）
めちゃくちゃ盛りだくさんです。
さらに追加でたこブツと蛸の天ぷらもいただきました。
蛸のうす造りと黒毛和牛のステーキが特に美味しかった〜♡
お野菜の切り方とか、細かいところまで職人さんの技が光ってて、目でも楽しめるお料理でした。
朝ごはんは、1階のお食事処で和定食をいただきました。
こちらもボリュームたっぷりで、だし巻き玉子がとっても美味しかったです。（全部は食べきれなかった、、、）
また機会があればランチに行ってみたいです。
