前日ゴルフで疲れた身体を戻す為に「たまにはにくー」ということで、大蔵海岸で遊んだ後に当店訪問。年季を感じる店内は2階にも席があるようなのですが、1階のカウンターに着席。勝手がわからなかったけど、ひとまずロースAとヒレBをオーダー。カウンターってある意味劇場だと思っております。マスターのハンバーグの球を伸ばす手つき、ダブルコテを使ってのガーリックライスの焼きなど、目の前で展開される職人の技は見てて面白いです。
お肉それぞれも美味しく頂きましたが、マスターとの会話も楽しく鉄板前ならではでした。お好み焼き屋なんかも含めて鉄板前が個人的には好きです。
