ふぐ政はJR明石駅より東側へ５分程歩いた、アスピア明石の裏側にあります。
駐車場もあり、車で行くのもOKです。
店内は和室の個室になっていて、宴会にも使えます。
お店で食べると、お手頃なコース料理も楽しめるのですが
我が家でゆっくりとふぐを楽しみたいので、今回てっちりとてっさを持ち帰りしました。
てっさは１人前ずつお皿に盛りつけてあります。てっちり用のふぐも身がぷっくりしてます。
そしてふぐについてくる、ポン酢が美味しすぎます。スーパーで販売しているポン酢との
味の違いは歴然です！ もみじおろしとネギの薬味もたまりません。
希望すれば野菜も注文できますのでおうちで思いつきの贅沢鍋パーティーなどにおすすめです。
