私自身、ふぐの味をはじめて知ったお店です。
家族でいってきました。
いつもコースでは注文せず、なべ皮とアラ、それに野菜を人数分注文します。
なべ皮が好きで、いつも大目に注文します。あの食感がよいです。
シメの雑炊はやっぱり最高ですね。
たくさん食べすぎても、次の日胃もたれがないのが不思議です。
色々なふぐ料理店にいったことがないので料理店としてどの程度のレベルなのかは判断しかねます。が、損はないかと。
