本物の炭火が堪能出来る希少なお店。
大阪の有名店にも数多く行ったが、
赤身がうまく、脂身じゃなく、
純粋に肉がウマイと感じさせたお店でした。
ガス火でも混合でもない本物の炭火が独特の香りと旨みを引き出しているのでしょうね◎
冬は外で待つこともしばしば、三人以上でないと予約が出来ないのが難点で、寒い思いもしたことがありますが、ここほど、並んでも食べる価値と思ったお店はないです。
