明石市内のお店は早く閉まるお店が多いですが、こちらは深夜2時まで営業されていて、
深夜使いができる貴重な一軒ですね。
炭火焼肉と韓国料理のお店ですが店内は食器から調度品まで韓国風で、しかし決して安っぽすぎず、
かといって敷居が高いわけでもなく、この適度な雰囲気もいい感じ。
もう数回お邪魔しているのですが、今回は夜中の0時前から、仕事終わりの６人でいざ深夜焼肉！
平日の、しかも夜中ですから、さすがにその時間に先客なし。
とりあえず、お疲れ様の生ビールで乾杯！ グラスがキンキンに凍っていて、たまりません～。
さてさて、焼肉をジャンジャン注文しましょう。「タン塩」に始まり、「カルビ」に「ハラミ」、
それから「テッチャン」「ウルテ」「ミノ」などホルモンまで、一気に注文です。
焼肉がくるまで、「ナムル」と「ユッケ」で腹ごなし。「ユッケ」が食べられるのは嬉しいですね。
さて、しっかりいこった炭の入ったカンテキの登場。いざ肉を焼きましょう。
タン塩は濃いめの塩味。ビールが進んで仕方ない。
カルビやハラミなどは適度なサシが入っていて、とてもジューシー。タレはしっかりした味付けで、
これまたお酒が進みます。
夜中の胃袋にはヘビーかと思いきや、不思議と食べられるものですね。きっといいお肉に違いない。
いつも食べるチジミも美味しいし、他の韓国料理もきっと美味しいこと間違いなし。
営業時間はもちろん、雰囲気も味もよく、明石では間違いなくお勧めできる焼き肉屋さんですね。
