('▽^*) Blog ⇒[a:http://blog.livedoor.jp/twistman/,[Ride on the flowing clouds♪]] Happy New Year. ↑No, no, it's almost Setsubun (^^;) Ah! That's right, but there's a reason for this... The first restaurant I ate out in 2023 was ``Nobiani''... By the way, Nobiani is a slightly unusual restaurant name. Is he Nobita's older brother? (← That kind of guy is crazy~) lol Well, I can somehow imagine that it's Korean. But what does it mean? In that case, I can't imagine it at all. So, I did a little research and it seems like it's the name of a dish. To put it simply, it is the name of the imperial court cuisine, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) (Yakiniku (Grilled meat) in the imperial court style). Going a little deeper, it is a dish made by cutting beef into strips and seasoning it with soy sauce. yeah? Isn't that bulgogi? For those of you who thought so, you're half right! (←Half?) lol Yes, Bulgogi is derived from Nobiani! Now that the mystery of Nobiani has been solved, I would like to share my impressions of the shop (^^)/ As expected from the shop name, it is quite authentic. Korean Cuisine in particular is exceptional, and there aren't many Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants of this level. This characteristic may be due to the Kansai region. Of course, there are Korean Cuisine towns like Okubo in the Kanto region, but... It's a miracle that there is a restaurant in Akashi where you can enjoy authentic Korean food like this lol. Thanks to this, there is a collaboration between the local specialty Akashi octopus and the classic Korean Cuisine. You can enjoy it. This alone is worth recommending, but Yakiniku (Grilled meat) isn't bad either! In fact, it's no exaggeration to say that Yakiniku (Grilled meat) also tastes good. It's especially great that you can get rare parts at reasonable prices! Among them, “Kappa” is a must! If it's in stock, you should definitely order it! Kappa is the red meat that lies between the skin and fat of the belly meat, and because it sticks to the belly meat, it has a rich flavor. However, in reality, even high-quality meat can be bad. There's no such thing as that (^^;) As expected, high-quality meat isn't cheap, so it's hard to get your hands on it. So, it might be a good idea to keep it as a hidden gem for entertaining. ・Kimchi platter: 660 yen ・Jajangmyeon: 880 yen ・Raw senmai: 825 yen ・Tteokku: 660 yen ・Akashi octopus pancake: 1,100 yen ・Negitan: 1,540 Yen - Tsurami: 880 yen - Kappa: 770 yen - Skirt steak: 1,320 yen In any case, I think 8,635 yen is a reasonable price for eating all this. ☆━━━…‥・ Twist Man’s Room ・‥…━━━☆ ・Service:♪♪♪♪♪♪♪♪ ・Food:♪♪♪♪♪♪♪ ・CP:♪♪♪♪♪♪ * If you line up 10 ♪'s, you'll get a perfect score!
