ランチを食べました。
日替わり、鉄板唐揚げ、お好み焼き、いずれかを選ぶようになっていて、日替わりはプレートランチでした。
淡路鶏鉄板唐揚げ定食を注文。
ぱりぱりでうまい。
鉄板唐揚げは千葉県柏市の肉屋鶏男 もよかったですが、味はややこちらの方が上かな。
お好み焼きは米粉を使用しているらしいです。
ディナーは淡路鶏を使用した鳥料理各種あり。
淡路鶏丸ごと１羽コース@2,300円はお得ですね。
小鉢から鶏めしまで、鶏を丸ごと一羽使用するということで、４名から要予約だそうです。
今度は晩行ってみようかな。
