看板の、とろふあ玉子焼きランチの「とろふあ」に惹かれて注文しました
通称「たこ焼き」と飛ばれているボール型のアレですが
もともとは明石が発祥（と聞いております）で、主に玉子焼きとか明石焼きと呼ばれています
このお店の「とろふあ玉子焼き」は、
クレープ状に焼いた生地に蛸を並べて入れたたむように焼いてあります
薄味のだし汁がかけてあり刻んだ三つ葉がそえられ、玉子焼きを崩すと中から蛸が出てきます
柔らかい食感、味ともに、これは正に四角いたこ焼きです
小麦粉を使わずに米粉を使い、これが柔らかい食感を出すミソとか
何処かで味わえそうだけれど、なかなかお目にかかれない美味しい一品です
ランチは小鉢が一品とご飯、味噌汁、香のものは食べ放題で８８０円です
ランチは他に２種類ありました
メニューには単品で載っていますから居酒屋に変わる夜でもＯＫです
