【訪問経緯・シチュエーション】
・結婚した長女宅へ家内と訪れた後、3人で久しぶりのランチをいただきました。
【料理・お店の感想】
・明石市では有名な豚骨ラーメンのお店で、明石市・神戸市・姫路市と中国の上海にチェーン展開されており、こちらが本店です。
・ラーメンの具は、チャーシュー・刻みねぎ・キクラゲ・プリント海苔です。
・海苔には、日本語・フランス語・スペイン語・イタリア語・ドイツ語・英語、中国語で「ありがとう」とプリントされています。
・豚骨スープは、天下一品とずんどう屋の中間位のドロドロさで、麺によく絡みます。
・味は見た目と違って濃すぎず、天下一品のような塩辛さを感じることはありませんでした。
・ラーメンは調味料と無料トッピングが充実しているので、味変しながら飽きなくいただくことができました。
・チャーシュー丼には角切りのチャーシューと卵が乗っており、濃厚スープの口直しに美味しくいただけました。
・餃子はまあ普通に美味しく、ご飯に合いました。
・わんたんには具がほとんど入っていないだけでなく、10枚近く入っているわんたん全てが一体化したの状態で、スープに浸しても剥がすことができませんでした。（味もないので結局残しました。）
・ラーメンもチャーシュー丼も美味しいのにわんたんだけが残念なので、総合点はマイナス0.2にしました。
