最近やたらと、ミスドへ行く自分。
糖質控える、としながらも惹かれるのが甘い物。
今回も出張先でのミスド利用。
客先を出て、西明石駅で電車を待つ間に訪れたのがこちらのミスド。
「ミスターパリブレスト・チョコブラウニー」と「ポンデ・ダブルショコラ」を注文。
このミスターパリブレストシリーズはクリスマス期間の限定だそうだが、いつまでかは判らず。
文字通り、クリスマスまでの販売なのであろう。
見た目が楽しいので、写真を撮ってみた。
そして、早速食べてみた。
ミスドのドーナツを生まれて初めてナイフとフォーク（プラスチック製のもの）で食べた。
機内食（エコノミークラス）のナイフ＆フォークのように頼りない剛性の品。
甘い・・・・、甘い物大好きな自分だが、日本人受けすることを狙っていないのであろうと想像してしまう甘さ。
自分が勝手なイメージを持っているミスドの甘さとは「少し甘さ控えめ」というものであり、それを微塵も感じさせない甘さは潔い。
良い意味で、期待を裏切ってくれた。
ブラウニーのアクセントがこの甘さを際立たせているのであろう。
一度、体験するために食べてみるのもよいであろう。
いつものドーナツと異なる感触のしっかりしたパフの間にクリームがたっぷり入っているために、ナイフとフォークで食べるのが正解である。
さて、店舗だが、西明石駅の改札を出て１階へ折りパン屋さんの隣にある。
決して店舗は広くないが、時間帯を選べば店内でゆったりできるであろう。
店舗の客席エリアはL字形で、スーパー側入り口から入ると、そのフロア形状に気付きにくいがレジの奥（駅前ロータリー側）に席が設けてある。
仕事で、客先での苦労を自ら労うために甘い物が欲しいならば、新幹線や山陽本線へ乗る前に是非こちらで休むことをお薦めする。
