On the morning I was heading east on the Shinkansen, the store was open and I decided to buy my breakfast as I was leaving later than usual. I put the standard chocolate fashion and Vienna pie on my tray and paid. The staff member looked like he was working alone, so I didn't order coffee, but bought it from the vending machine at the station. It had been a while since I'd been to Mister Donut, and I enjoyed the texture and taste, which have not changed since the old days.
