いつ通っても、あんまり人気のないアーケードの無い商店街に佇むこちらのお店。
この雰囲気は、意外と好きである。
会社帰りに店の前を通りがかる度、ちょっと前から、店先に張り出されていた張り紙が無性に気になっておったのである。
それは、
”蒸し鶏始めました”
である。
”冷やし中華始めました”ならば見た事あるんやけどね。
姫路の”紅宝石”さんで、蒸し鶏を頂いて以来、実は無性に食べたかったのだ～！！
しかしながら、こういう商店街の対面販売のお店は、俺の”ナイーブ”な性格上、すごく”抵抗値”が上昇するもんで、お恥ずかしながら、嫁さんにお願いして、買って来てもらった。
蒸し鶏には、付け合せのキャベツとタレが付き、￥1070
なかなか、立派な価格なのである。
6/13晩餐に頂いた。
この鶏皮が、美味い。
プルプルや～。
身も柔かで美味い。
このタレも抜群で、キャベツにも合うし、鶏はタレ有りでも、塩コショウでもいけると思う。
家では、ここまで上手く蒸したりできないんやろうなあ。
はっきり言うて、我が家では”贅沢品”やから、しょっちゅうは買えんけど、また買ってきてもらお～っと。
