ふなまちで明石焼きを食べてそこそこおなかも膨れたのだが、やはり明石に来たからには蛸そのものを食べねば。
などと考えつつ魚の棚商店街のこちらへ。
こちらでは蛸やら烏賊やらの煮付けを好きな分だけ買って帰ることができる。
全て100g480円。
本当は卸売問屋らしいけど。。。
今回は明石蛸のやわらか煮に加えて、紅葉蛸や子持ちイカの煮付けも買ってみた。閉店間際ということもあってかさざえの煮付けや小イカ飯もおまけしてくれた。
ホテルに帰ってから早速食べた明石蛸はとても美味しかった。
東京の割烹や寿司屋で食べる明石の煮蛸はいつもちょっぴりで物足りなかったけれど、ここでは腹いっぱい食べることができる。
本当に柔らかく煮てあるし、やっぱり明石の蛸は味の濃さが違うなぁ。
ホテルで食べる夜食にしては十分すぎた。
近くにあったら時々来ちゃうなぁ。
