前回予約なしでお昼に訪問した際に入れず断念したお店。今回は予約をとって土曜日ランチで訪問。11時半開店から続々と他のお客さんも来店。お店の作りも明るくきっと海を望むナポリの雰囲気なんだろうなと期待も膨らみ注文。
ランチセット「マルゲリータ」「シラスのマリナーラ」「半熟卵と燻製モッツァレラ」「クワトロフォルマッジ」の４点。まずはじめに「マルゲリータ」「シラスのマリナーラ」が提供。もう見たらわかる美味しいに違いないピッツァ。
薪のピザ窯で高温で焼いた薄生地の香ばしさとサク、モチの食感、酸味塩加減も文句なしのトマトソース。
「マルゲリータ」は定番で裏切らないおいしさ。でも表現できない少し奥行き？深み？も感じ思わず上手い！！
「シラスのマリナーラ」は大きめシラスがアヒージョのシラスみたいに魚臭さなく油べっとり感もなく、あまり魚系好きでない子供たちもペロリ。
続いて「半熟卵と燻製モッツァレラ」。卵の半熟感がベスト。プレートに残った卵はピッツァの耳に綺麗に？付けて完食。
最後に「クワトロフォルマッジ」。これは家族内評価が二分。本場の６種類のチーズがのった贅沢なピッツァ。ただ、特有の臭いはややきつめ、水分も多め。私は蜂蜜をかけ味変含め美味しくいただきました。あとワインとはとっても相性良さそう。
最後にお口直しと言って「ティラミス」と「自家製ラムレーズンのジェラート」「レモンのソルベ」を私のお手洗い中に家族が頼んでました。
今度は夜にも来たいです♪
