日は姫路でのお仕事。
仕事帰りはやっぱりラーメン！という事でこちらのお店に寄ってみました。大久保辺りもラーメン屋さん増えましたね〜
広めの店内。男性スタッフの方も女性スタッフの方も明るい笑顔と元気な声でお出迎え。
やっぱりラーメン屋さんはこうでなくっちゃ！
先日行った某ラーメン屋さんは、、、笑
今日は初めての訪問なので1番シンプルなラーメンをチョイス。もちろん、麺固めで*\(^o^)/*
まずは恒例のスープを一口ごくり。
おぉ、なかなか豚骨のパンチがありますね〜
それでいて臭み控えめ、まろやかなスープ(^^)
そして、麺を食べて、、、
おぉ！コレはレベル高いっ
入り口左手に製麺機があったので自家製でしょうか。
歯切れの良いかみごたえで小麦の風味もいい感じ。この麺はかなり好きかも！
普段ラーメン屋さんであまり替え玉はしないのに思わず替え玉しちゃいました笑
しかも、100円で10玉まで替え玉できるらしい、、、笑
このシステム学生さんとか超嬉しいんじゃないでしょうか。
あと特筆すべきはチャーシュー。東京ではよく見かけるローストポークですね！ジューシーで柔らかくて絶品(^^)
いやぁー満足満足、また近くに寄った時には再訪したいお店でした。ごちそうさまでした*\(^o^)/*
