16時半ごろ訪問。カウンター8席、テーブル2卓あります。先客2組でした。バッシングできていない席もあったので直前まで満席に近かったのでしょう。
ここのお店は蛸だけなく穴子の卵焼きもあります。10個で蛸のみ750円。穴子と蛸のミックス1000円、穴子のみも1000円。酢の物、蛸飯、漬物がついたセットが＋750円。卵焼きには出汁が付いてきますがソースも置いています。
厨房からは生地を撹拌する音が聞こえてきます。時間が掛かるのかと思いきや案外早く5分ほどで提供されます。他店よりも早く感じました。
出汁は塩辛すぎずちょうどよい感じ。ネギと大葉の薬味が良い仕事をします。出汁だけでなくソースをつけるとリッチなたこ焼きに。中途半端な時間に小腹を満たすのもよし、がっつり飲むのもよし。
商店街からは少し入ったところにある分、ゆったりとできるのもこの店の良さでしょう。
