魚の棚で何か海鮮のもしくは明石焼きで一杯と思いながら散歩してると、五目釜飯の看板がついたら焼き鳥屋に遭遇。
金沢で美味しい焼き鳥と釜飯の店を知って以降、関西でも探すがあまり見つからなかったので、出会いを大事に入店。
焼き鳥は２本からの注文。つくねが推しのようなので月見つくねととりみと皮を注文。あとは出汁巻きと五目釜飯！
出汁巻きと釜飯は時間がかかりますとのこと、釜飯に時間がかかるのは当然、待ちますよ。
突き出しはキャベツとカニカマの梅酢？に和えたようなもの。キャベツは普通でしたがカニカマは美味かった。
つくね、とりみ、皮ときました。つくねはおすすめだけあってふわふわで美味。とりみと皮も普通に美味しいです。
３０〜４０分して五目釜飯到着。
蓋を開けて茶碗によそいます。
割りともっちり系の炊き具合、好みは硬めが好きだけどそれは良しです。それより食べると軽い生姜の様な風味のある味付け、何やろと思ってるとつくねが出てきました。 つくねが入った五目釜飯でした！なるほどこの風味はそこから来てたか！。と一人納得。
そしてついてきた鶏出汁？の様な物をかけてだし茶漬けにすると、これが旨い！釜飯とはズレるかもしれませんが旨い！
当たりです。
この後に出汁巻きが出てきたのはご愛嬌。
