最後にざる蕎麦をいただいたのですが
写真を撮り損じてしまいました…
前菜は筍の木の芽和え、バイ貝煮付け、蛸のやわらか煮
枝豆、ミニトマト、薩摩芋
明石の鰆のお刺身 玉葱のおろしポン酢
一品は鯛の天ぷら 海苔あんかけ
ざる蕎麦
の順番でいただきました。
上品なお味つけで丁寧なお料理でした。
筍の木の芽和えもおいしかったですが
一品の鯛の天ぷら 海苔あんかけがイチオシです。
お蕎麦の蕎麦つゆはやや甘めに感じました。
落ち着いた雰囲気のお店でゆっくりといただきました。
蕎麦前、単品のお蕎麦もありました。
いろんな場面で役立ってくれそうなお店だと思います。
お店の方も親切でした。
