とても気になる肩書き。
魚の棚『割烹ドットコム』！
えぇ～っと、いつオープンした？
いつの間にか出来ていた印象ですが…
見るからに今風の外観ですね。
で、店内の雰囲気も外観同様今風。
想像通り、若いご主人が迎えてくれた。
今回は、平日のランチタイムにお邪魔♪(^^)
ランチメニューはそば！そば！そば！
ですが、グランドメニューも注文可です。
最初におしぼりとタブレットが提供されます。
というワケで、注文はタブレットからとなります。
で、チョイスしたのは下記2種類のセット。
・手打ちそばと大海老天：1,500円
・手打ちそばとミニ海鮮丼：1,400円
どちらもそばとの相性抜群の相方ですよねぇ～
まず、メインの手打ちそばは乱切りで食感が楽しい。
そばつゆは、そば湯を最後の一滴まで楽しめるパンチ力。
また、相方の大海老天もミニ海鮮丼も見事に仕上がっている。
唯一、メニューの写真にあった大葉の天ぷらがなかったのは残念。
