西明石駅近、誰でも気軽に利用できるお洒落でカジュアルなイタリアン♪
娘の病院受診の後、急きょランチに2人で伺いました！
昨年11月のオープン以来ずっと気になりながら今回ようやく初訪問です。
予約なしの13時前の来店で、先客は3組10名程度。
お店のキャパの半分くらい？の客入りでした。
注文はオーダーシートに記入してホールスタッフさんに渡す形式。最近このスタイル増えましたね～。
お水はセルフですが、サーバーにフルーツが入った日替わり？の果実水になっていました。

こちらのサラダがかなり凝った豪華なもので、厚切りハムが入ったオムレット、生ハム、スモークサーモン(ランプフィッシュキャビア乗せ)が添えられていました。
一方のスープはびっくりするくらい可愛い？サイズ。
ワカメスープでしたが、お料理の内容とは合わなかったかな？
パスタはあっさりめのトマトソース。
ぷりぷりの海老がたっぷり入っていています。
パスタのボリュームもあって食べ応えはありますが、全体的にもう一工夫欲しいというか、ソースの味に深みが足りないように感じました。
マルゲリータは薄めのクリスピータイプの生地。
トマト、バジル、チーズのバランスもよく、ベーシックながらよくまとまっていて美味しかったです。
ただ、卓上にあったタバスコに違和感が。
イタリアンならオリーブオイルに唐辛子を漬けたオーリオピッカンテを置いておいて欲しいなぁ。
アメリカンスタイルのカフェなら問題なしですが(^^;
お店の雰囲気やお手洗いも可愛いらしく、スタッフさんの対応も良かったので、オープンからすぐに人気店になるのもよく分かります。
これからも試行錯誤を繰り返しながら、ますます良店になられることを期待したいです♪

I visited for lunch with my daughter who was on spring break and my daughter who was taking an end-of-year test! I made a reservation for 1:30pm to coincide with my daughter's return home after her test. We arrived on time, but the restaurant was full except for our reserved seats! As expected, it has become quite a popular restaurant, so it may be difficult to make a reservation. To order, fill out an order sheet and hand it to the hall staff. Is there a daily special with fruit in the cold drink server? You can get your own fruit water. ☆Glass of white wine ☆Iced tea x 2 ☆Tomato pasta with shrimp and mushrooms with soup and salad ☆Quattro with soup and salad ☆Marinara with soup and salad It was a late time, so some menu items were out of stock. However, we were glad that we had everything we wanted to eat ♪ Just like last time, this salad was so elaborate that it could be called an appetizer Prosciutto Served with fish caviar). This time's soup was Maitake mushroom consommé soup. This is pretty normal. Last time I had pasta, I wasn't impressed with the sauce, but this time the tomato sauce was much more delicious than before! The hearty pasta is perfect for sharing as it still contains plenty of juicy shrimp. You can eat Quattro as is or drizzle it with honey to bring out the flavor of each of the four types of cheese. My daughter seemed to like it too! I was a little disappointed that the marinara had a weak fried garlic flavor and didn't have much of a garlic flavor...The balance between the anchovies and cheese was good. As for Tabasco, well...yeah. Even so, I was really surprised at how successful it was. Several other groups came after us, and the place was always full. Of course, it is good for a store to prosper, and it is only possible through the efforts of the store, so I strongly feel that in public places, the minimum etiquette, such as the content and volume of conversation, should be observed for the sake of the store.
