大皿盛和定食1600円をオーダー。刺身・焼き物・焚物・和え物が乗った大皿から登場。刺身は朝さばき物と思われ、コリコリ感満載の新鮮さ。たこの煮物もええ塩梅の味付けでうまい。汁物は鯛あらを使ったお澄ましで、これもいい出汁が出ていました。茶碗蒸しはオーソドックス仕上げ。あと天ぷらにもう少しボリュームと素材感が感じられれば完璧やったのに(^.^)。
