ランチは「穴子めし」というメニュー1種類。まぁ、穴子を食べに来たのだから他は必要ない。先に出て来たのは、出汁巻、山芋のとろろ汁、漬物。とろろは、後に出てくる穴子丼に掛けてもいいらしいが、サクッと食べちゃいました。手元は見えないが、カウンター奥で大将がせっせと穴子を焼いている様子が伺える、出来上がりが楽しみだ。15分程度でご登場。深めの丼茶碗一面にどっさりの焼き穴子。生からの調理なので、香ばしさの中にもふんわり感があります。タレは薄め＆少な目で、穴子の旨味の邪魔をしない。そしてお吸い物にも骨切り穴子。うんまい＆ボリューム満点(^<^)。惜しみなく穴子を満喫でけたぞな。
