バスケットボールの
試合観戦後、

から11人のオサの集まる
懇親会にお誘い頂きました。
その会場が当店です。
昔背筋力あった体型男の
駐車場から皆で7分ほど
歩き、店の前まで到着しました。
入口には
【あなご料理】
の看板があります。
私たちは店の中に入り、
鮨屋のようなカウンター席を
越えて、奥の座敷へ！
全員、席に座ると同時に
生ビールが運ばれてきます！
手際がいい！早速、
皆で乾杯！！
大型哺乳動物の私と、遅れて
来られます1名を含む11名のオサ
との宴がスタート！
店からは、
・菜の花とイイダコ
の小鉢が突き出しとして、
登場しました。いきなりの
旬の食材攻撃です！
味付けも抜群でやられました！
それから出てきました
・刺身盛合せ
には、これまた旬の鳥貝！
これもたまりません！
そして、ここから名物の
穴子料理が早くも登場！
・穴子の照焼き
旨い！続いて
・ぶりの煮付け
こちらは、甘辛く煮たもの
ではなく、あっさり出し
です！最高！
ここでメインの鍋が運ばれてきて、
何があるのかとドキドキして
いますと、
・穴子しゃぶ
用の具材らしきものが
運ばれてきました！！
これには穴子が有名な
明石出身の私は武者ぶるい！
また、せっかちな私には
ありがたいことに、鍋の出し汁
は、運ばれてきた時から、
グツグツ熱い状態です！
その鍋へ白ネギを投入！！
店の方からは、本日の穴子
のしゃぶ加減が
「12秒！」
と説明がありました！
その通り、出し汁にくぐらせ
食べます！
ふわふわ！で旨い！！
〆の鮨＆にゅうめんも美味しく
頂き、満腹となりました！
また、トークバトルの方も大盛あがり！
加古川に宿泊の熟年の漫才コンビ
は、トークぶつかり稽古でグロッキー
気味ではありましたが、これも
素晴らしい人生経験です！
楽しかった宴も終了のホイッスル！
