基準は厳しめかもしれません。
安くて美味しい、コストパフォーマンスの良いお店には評価が高くなります。
以前から気になっていたピッツェリアで、ランチにお邪魔しました。
それほど大きくない店内でしたが、予約席の札が３席ほどに置いてあり、満席でした。
女性職人さんが窯でピッツアを焼いており、期待が高まる中、ピッツェリアランチ1,000円+税（３種類のピッツアから１種類を選択、サラダ、スープ）を注文しました。
すぐにサラダと熱々のスープが運ばれてきました。
サラダは、ロメインレタスがメインの葉物野菜に２ミリ角ほどの小さな紫色したカリカリしたものがまぶされ、酢の効いたドレッシングがかかっていました。
サッパリとしていました。
スープは小さくカットした野菜やベーコンが少し具材として入ったミネストローネのようなスープでした。
初めてなので、まずはマルゲリータを注文しました。
目の前の窯で焼いたできたてをすぐに口に運びました。
トマトソースの味は美味しい。トマトの味がしっかり感じられる。
それしか印象に残りませんでした。
生地は厚めのもっちりとしたナポリ風で好きなタイプです。
チーズはたくさんのっていたのですが、バジルは少なく、ピザ生地の味も薄いと思います。
美味しくないということではないのですが、ピッツア全体の味がぼんやりとしていました。
窯での焼きは一瞬で味が変わるので、焼きの時間など窯の問題もあるのかもしれませんが。
残念ながら、こちらのピッツア職人さんと好みが合わなかったようです。
