以前、加古川のお店からこちらに移転し、ずっと前から気になっていました。
スープを専門にしているお店は、東京や大阪のような都会では有名店はありますが、この辺りでは珍しいと思います。
お店は住宅地でもなく、すぐ近くに商業施設はありますが、繋がっていなく、ポツンと離れています。
でもログハウス調のお店でかわいくて見た目いい感じです。
店員さんはお一人、なのでオーダーはタッチパネル、レジも無人レジでした。
今回オーダーしたものは
・本日のスープAセット 990円
この日はチキンのキャベツ包みとお野菜のスープです！
キャベツの中のチキンはミンチ状になっていて、とても柔らかく、中は生姜っぽい味がしました！
具沢山の野菜は火の通り具合が絶妙で、野菜は大きめに切っているので野菜そのものの味も楽しめますね！
野菜は地元稲美町の野菜ですよ！
パンは柔らかくてふわふわ、生野菜のサラダも美味しかったです。
このスープを飲んだあと、体がポカポカしてきました。
冬はもちろんですが、夏場も冷えを気にする女性にいいと思いますよ！
他のスープも気になるし、機会があればまた再訪ですね(*^o^*)
